Breathe your way to a new level of consciousness with Breathwork Mastery.  Just by simply breathing in and out you can clear the blocks and frustrations that have stopped you reaching your personal goals and true potential.  This technique is enjoyable, relaxing, self-paced and it really works!

The breath is the source of all life so it makes sense that special forms of intentional breathing can take us to higher levels of personal consciousness.  As we go through life we shape our own life story through intentional and unintentional thoughts and experiences that can affect us on a deeply unconscious level.

Practitioners since the Ancients have used the breath to access our subconscious minds, or higher self, in order for us to reframe how we live physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

This process accesses those very same principles, using a specialised breathing process, to help you to reprogram your limiting beliefs and live your life as you were meant to – with clarity,  intention and positive outcomes.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is the technique developed by Alakh Analda and is distinct from other forms of Breathwork in that:

· It is a body-breath process with emphasis on body sensation awareness.

· Its emphasis on is on client centred self mastery—the individual generates their own session.

· Each person is aware of their own process; when client feels safe and supported  they will clear unresolved past events.

· Personal intention setting directs the session

· It allows the session to unfold naturally with minimum intervention

· The practitioner is the facilitator of the client’s own process and the process is entirely agenda-free.

Sessions take about 120 minutes and are available by appointment on a one-to-one or small group basis. It takes the psyche about 90 minutes to complete the process.  Intention setting and debriefing are  provided as part of the session.
